Return & Exchanges


We strive to deliver such exceptional products that we’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, yet we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any Returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice. Generally, customers should be responsible for the shipping cost of any returning items.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 14 days of receipt.

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

We do not accept packages returned by the C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not accept returned items that are for sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. FINAL SALE: All clearance or discounted items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. Damage/loss caused by the customer will not be refunded.


Please email us photos and/or videos via and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days. (Note: Unauthorized returns will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange via a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature as we will not be responsible for lost


If you wish to return the item(s) on your order, contact us via email to obtain a return address. Our customer service representative will get back to you generally within 2 days.


When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 2 business days and a replacement exchange or refund will be issued within 14 days of registering your return or canceling your order.


If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect product, or product quality problem), we will provide you with a full refund;
If ordering the wrong product/size due to not liking/wanting the item) the buyer should pay for shipping.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original payment method within 2-3 business days. If you haven't received your refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company.
